We recently broke ground for Chart Industries’ new cryogenic tank repair & storage facility.  Chart’s CEO Jillian Evanko attended along with our project team members, development partners OAK Engineering and SCOPE Architectural Consulting, as well as the South Carolina Department of Commerce.

Myers & Chapman is leading construction efforts for Gateway Center, a 23-acre medical office campus just off N.C. Highway 273 in Mount Holly, NC.

The Humane Society recently hired Myers & Chapman to serve as general contractor for the new resource center, which will be built at 2401 Berryhill Road off Wilkinson Boulevard. The nonprofit also hired a new architect, RL Architecture, which specializes in veterinary design. Cool Solutions and Design Resource Group are also working on the project.

On July 24, the Anne Springs Close Greenway hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Gateway Center in Fort Mill, SC. The Gateway Center, a 23-acre medical office campus in Mt. Holly has broken ground. Myers & Chapman is leading the construction efforts for the project. The first phase includes a 62,000 square foot medical office building and is expected to be completed Spring 2024.
