Myers & Chapman is leading construction efforts for Gateway Center, a 23-acre medical office campus just off N.C. Highway 273 in Mount Holly, NC. The first phase of the project, which includes a 62,000 square foot medical office building, is expected to break ground next month and deliver in April 2024.
