Myers & Chapman has started construction on the new Residence Inn Belmont, a four-story, 107-room extended-stay hotel set to open in Spring 2027.

We recently broke ground for Chart Industries’ new cryogenic tank repair & storage facility.  Chart’s CEO Jillian Evanko attended along with our project team members, development partners OAK Engineering and SCOPE Architectural Consulting, as well as the South Carolina Department of Commerce.

Myers & Chapman is leading the construction efforts on the expansion project for Amrep, a manufacturer of waste collection trucks and equipment. Amrep will more than triple their current square footage by adding 80,000 SF to their existing facility in Salisbury.

Myers & Chapman is leading construction efforts for Gateway Center, a 23-acre medical office campus just off N.C. Highway 273 in Mount Holly, NC.

The Humane Society recently hired Myers & Chapman to serve as general contractor for the new resource center, which will be built at 2401 Berryhill Road off Wilkinson Boulevard. The nonprofit also hired a new architect, RL Architecture, which specializes in veterinary design. Cool Solutions and Design Resource Group are also working on the project.

We’re excited to be working with Charlotte-based OmShera Holdings on Blinders, a 5,500 SF sports lounge under construction at 225 W. Tremont Avenue in South End.
