Myers & Chapman has started construction on the new Residence Inn Belmont, a four-story, 107-room extended-stay hotel set to open in Spring 2027. Warren Norman Company is developing the project in partnership with Belmont Land and Belmont Abbey, representing a significant investment in the growing Belmont corridor.
As the General Contractor, Myers & Chapman is leading the delivery of this modern extended-stay property, which will offer spacious suites, fully equipped kitchens, flexible work areas, a fitness center, outdoor amenities, and dedicated meeting space. The hotel is located directly across from CaroMont Regional Medical Center, making it an important lodging option for visitors, patients, families, and business travelers throughout the region.
Architectural design is being provided by RAD Architecture & Design. Strand Hospitality Services has been selected as the management company and will oversee pre-opening planning and long-term operations.
