We are proud to be the building partner on Solve Industrial Motion’s new headquarters and distribution facility in Charlotte, NC. The 282,000 SF build-to-suit industrial building will break ground this year and is scheduled for completion in 2023.

We are proud to be building 77 North Logistics Center for IDI Logistics. This 153,350 SF industrial spec building, located in Huntersville, represents IDI Logistics’ first project in the local market.
