At Myers & Chapman, we’re known for building incredible spaces, but our greatest foundation will always be our people. That’s why we’ve taken a big step forward in our long-term talent strategy by welcoming Stephanie Kaufman as our Director of Talent Management.
Stephanie isn’t new to M&C, as she has been a trusted recruiting partner for years, helping us find professionals who not only fill roles but also elevate them. Bringing her in-house marks a strategic shift: we’re prioritizing people development from the inside out.
From addressing generational gaps in skilled labor to strengthening our internship and high school engagement programs, we’re not just reacting to industry challenges, we’re actively shaping solutions. As we continue to grow our team and our footprint across the Carolinas, having Stephanie embedded in our culture ensures we’re hiring and nurturing the best.
“What we’ve done with Stephanie is not cutting edge. All of my peers have been talking about it or are starting to put these positions in their business, but we’re in an upper tier of folks who are doing this,” he said. “The one thing I think is different about what we’ve done is asking her, with our leadership team too, to help ensure we build growth opportunities at every level within the company.” Marcus Rabun, LEED AP President & CEO, Myers & Chapman
