LESER Headquarters Earns LEED Silver Certification

The LESER Headquarters project has officially achieved LEED BD+C v4 Silver certification. This recognition demonstrates a comprehensive approach to environmental stewardship, driven by thoughtful planning and design and disciplined execution throughout construction.

The project included a range of sustainable features, including high-performance energy strategies, enhanced commissioning, optimized energy performance, and on-site renewable energy production. Material selections focused on transparency, responsible sourcing, and waste reduction, while indoor environmental quality was strengthened through low-emitting materials, enhanced air quality measures, daylighting, thermal comfort, and acoustic performance.

As the General Contractor, Myers & Chapman implemented rigorous construction waste management practices, prioritized responsibly sourced and transparent building materials, and enforced strict indoor air quality protection measures throughout the building process. Enhanced commissioning efforts, energy-efficient system installations, advanced metering, and envelope optimization further improved overall building performance.

With LEED Silver certification, the LESER Headquarters stands as a model of how thoughtful design and disciplined construction can elevate both performance and sustainability.
