Myers & Chapman Breaks Ground on Beacon Commerce Park Phase 3

Myers & Chapman has started construction on Phase III of Beacon Commerce Park, the final stage of Beacon Partners’ Class A industrial development located in Garner, North Carolina.

The project adds 294,658 SF across two industrial buildings of 156,033 SF and 138,625 SF, each designed to meet the needs of modern distribution users and continue the momentum of one of the Triangle’s most active logistics corridors. The facilities offer flexible suite configurations beginning at 21,000 SF and include 32-foot clear heights, build-to-suit office areas, ESFR sprinkler systems, and full concrete truck courts. Positioned less than half a mile from I-40 and within close proximity to downtown Raleigh, the development provides excellent access for future tenants.

HagerSmith Architects is providing architectural design services and Advanced Civil Design is leading civil engineering efforts. Foundry Commercial is responsible for leasing the two buildings. Shell completion is scheduled for September 2026.

Beacon Commerce Park Phase III reflects the continued growth of high-quality industrial development in the Triangle region and reinforces the longstanding partnership between Myers & Chapman and Beacon Partners.
