Childress Klein starts on industrial park in southwest Charlotte near Carowinds

Myers & Chapman is proud to be the General Contractor on this new three-building industrial park with partners Childress Klein. Totaling 319,500 SF on 30-acres, buildings range from 48,000 SF to 177,000 SF.
