We are leading the construction efforts for CIP Real Estate’s new industrial building in Charlotte. The 75,000 SF project is designed for multi-tenants and is expected to deliver early 2024.
The Gateway Center, a 23-acre medical office campus in Mt. Holly has broken ground. Myers & Chapman is leading the construction efforts for the project. The first phase includes a 62,000 square foot medical office building and is expected to be completed Spring 2024.
