Anchored by Total Wine & More, Parktowne Village is an 81,000 square foot two/three story building that houses a mix of retail, restaurant, and office tenants. This project is located at the former Hannaford Grocery Store (coincidentally Build and demolished by M&C) Site on Woodlawn Road, across from Park Road Shopping Center and was completed in 2003. Construction included a nine-acre site development package, cast-in-place retaining walls, and a three level conventional steel frame. The building features cultured stone veneers, rusticated EIFS in stone patterns, cantilevered balconies and elevated walkways, concrete roof tiles, two decorative roof towers and a large fountain to accent the lower plaza.

Lowes Foods at Hunters Crossing- Charlotte, NC

This 64,000 Square Foot Shopping Center is Located on Highway 521 just South of the Ballantyne Area and was completed in 2004. The center is anchored by Lowes Foods and includes 13,000 square feet of small shops space as well as a 13,000 square foot free standing CVS Pharmacy.

Shell Construction features brick veneer with EIFS cornice accent and split face masonry column surrounds.

Stateline Fiat Dealership

The Stateline Fiat auto dealership in Rock Hill was an addition to an existing auto dealership. This project was completed in less than 12 weeks without any interruption to the existing sales and service operations. The building is metal studs with metal panel and storefront glass exterior front and concrete composite boards riveted in place on the sides and rear. The interior had an Italian styling with a curved cloud soffit that reflected the same curve as in the tile floor.

The Shops at Greenridge- Greenville, SC

The Shops at Greenridge is a lifestyle retail center located in Greenville, South Carolina. The center is home to over 250,000 sf of retail

including Office Max, Petsmart, Marshalls/Homegoods, Ross Dress for Less, Linens and Things, World Market, Off Broadway Shoes and Total Wine & More. These eight junior anchors were completed in a span of nine months. The construction system of each anchor consisted of load bearing masonry with a combination of brick, cast stone, and EIFS

facades. Each anchor was phased into the overall construction and thus completed, fixtured and allowed to open individually.

SunTrust Branch Bank- Indian Trail, NC

SunTrust Bank Indian Trail Branch is a 4,700 square foot single story structure. This project is located on Indian Trail/Unionville Rd, and was completed in 2007. Construction is conventional steel frame, metal stud infill, masonry veneer, pre-cast concrete caps, drainable EIFS system and a decorative glass tower at the main entrance.

CVS Weddington- Charlotte, NC

This is one of many CVS Pharmacy stores Myers & Chapman has constructed. Our scope included the full site development package, shell building construction and the interior build out. The project was completed on schedule in 5 months. The contract amount was increased by an owner driven change order to add a driveway to an adjacent development .

3rd Street Station- Charlotte, NC

This two story office/retail shell building was completed in 2004 for New South Properties and is located close to the intersection of Independence Blvd. and Third Street near uptown Charlotte. The 14,000 square foot project features retail space on the first floor with New South Properties’ office space on the second floor. Architectural features include traditional brick veneer with aluminum and glass storefront and EIFS accents and cornices.

Northcross Village- Huntersville, NC

Phase II of Northcross Village includes 145,000 square feet of new retail space for Marshalls, Staples, Petco and small shops. This project was completed in the spring of 2008 and was an addition to the original Northcross project, portions of which were also completed by Myers & Chapman, Inc. The center ties into the original project with paved roads and walkways. Our scope included the complete site development package with site plazas, landscaping, and rain gardens and shell and interior up-fit construction. Building veneer elements include EIFS and brick as well as decorative steel and canvas awnings.

REI- Pineville, NC

This is the first of two 25,000 SF REI’s Myers & Chapman has completed in the past few years. The scope of the project included both the shell building construction and a full interior upfit component. The interiors portion features a custom build steel staircase to the second floor with wood stairs and handrails. The exterior included an entrance feature built from wood timbers supporting a latticework of more wood and steel beams. Finishes include carpet, polished concrete flooring, wood slat wall. Open communication with representatives from REI and a delivery of all promises lead to the award of a second store located at Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC.
