			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Anchored by Total Wine &amp; More, Parktowne Village is an 81,000 square foot two/three story building that houses a mix of retail, restaurant, and office tenants.  This project is located at the former Hannaford Grocery Store (coincidentally Build and demolished by M&amp;C) Site on Woodlawn Road, across from Park Road Shopping Center and was completed in 2003.  Construction included a nine-acre site development package, cast-in-place retaining walls, and a three level conventional steel frame.  The building features cultured stone veneers, rusticated EIFS in stone patterns, cantilevered balconies and elevated walkways, concrete roof tiles, two decorative roof towers and a large fountain to accent the lower plaza.</p>

<p>The Stateline Fiat auto dealership in Rock Hill was an addition to an existing auto dealership.  This project was completed in less than 12 weeks without any interruption to the existing sales and service operations.  The building is metal studs with metal panel and storefront glass exterior front and concrete composite boards riveted in place on the sides and rear.   The interior had an Italian styling with a curved cloud soffit that reflected the same curve as in the tile floor.  </p>

<p>including Office Max, Petsmart, Marshalls/Homegoods, Ross Dress for Less, Linens and Things, World Market, Off Broadway Shoes and Total Wine &amp; More.  These eight junior anchors were completed in a span of nine months.  The construction system of each anchor consisted of load bearing masonry with a combination of brick, cast stone, and EIFS</p>
<p>facades.  Each anchor was phased into the overall construction and thus completed, fixtured and allowed to open individually.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the first of two 25,000 SF REI’s Myers &amp; Chapman has completed in the past few years.  The scope of the project included both the shell building construction and a full interior upfit component.  The interiors portion features a custom build steel staircase to the second floor with wood stairs and handrails.  The exterior included an entrance feature built from wood timbers supporting a latticework of more wood and steel beams.  Finishes include carpet, polished concrete flooring, wood slat wall.  Open communication with representatives from REI and a delivery of all promises lead to the award of a second store located at Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC.</p>
