At the end of 2012, Myers  & Chapman completed the renovation to portions of an exisiting 82,000SF building for EPRI. In addition, site work, utility and parking lot modifications, walkways and landscaping were part of the scope. With LEED certification as a goal, many energy efficient technologies were used. Such technologies included: High Efficiency HVAC, LED lighting, Motion Controls on lighting, Charging stations for electric cars, tubular daylighting and high performance windows. During construction, we used indoor air quality practices to reduce pollutants. This resulted in a better working environment for all workers and a cleaner building in the end.

Our relationship with EPRI and Morris-Berg has led to the planning of additional renovation work at this facility.
