Moore Place




Myers & Chapman recently completed construction on The Urban Ministry’s Permanent Supportive Housing for Chronically Homeless People called Moore Place. Moore Place is a 49K sf new apartment facility, and is the only option in Charlotte for chronically homeless women and a cornerstone piece of Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness. Totaling 85 units, each tenant is provided their own kitchen and bathroom, Moore Place also includes a health room, art studio, computer lab and a communal garden.
