Baxter Imaging- Fort Mill, SC

The Baxter Imaging Center is a 8,500 square foot medical imaging center in Fort Mill, SC.  This project was developed for Piedmont Medical Center/Tenet Healthcare and delivered as an upscale imaging center for all imaging aspects (MRI, CT Scan, Digital X-ray, and Ultrasound). The interior of the building includes a Lobby, Staff Offices, Image Reading Room, Control Room, Holding Room, Ultrasound and Digital X-Ray rooms, Dressing Rooms, Break Room and miscellaneous closets (utility, server, electrical).   The building is predominately brick but also includes storefront glass, metal awning and a porte-cochere at the entrance.  Smooth faced Rock Cast was used around the entire building base.  Our contract included site, shell construction and complete upfit of the entire building.
