Sycamore Commons- Matthews, NC

Myers & Chapman was the lead contractor on Sycamore Commons Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC.  Construction included over 150,000 square feet of shell space and a number of tenant up-fits for junior anchors such as: Old Navy, Dicks Sporting Goods, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, World Market, Michael’s, and Pier 1 Imports.   Myers & Chapman, Inc. also constructed an additional 64,000 square feet of “Village Shops” as well as performing extensive hardscape improvements including decorative sidewalks and fountains.    Architecture is accented by EIFS, split-faced block, standing seam roofs, and canvas awnings.
