The building is a painted tilt concrete facility that houses five interior masonry structures with mezzanines for administrative offices and product storage, over one hundred dock doors, a free standing guardhouse, and 75,000 square feet of fully upfitted retail outlet space at the front of the building.

This facility is one of three buildings that Myers & Chapman, Inc. has completed for Rooms-To-Go in North Carolina.
