Mooresville Town Square- Mooresville, NC

Mooresville Town Square is a master planned, upscale retail destination in Mooresville, NC.  Myers & Chapman, Inc. is currently under construction with a Lowes Foods on the site, and has built five retail buildings totaling 60,000 square feet to date with more in the planning phase.  The buildings are pre-dominantly EIFS, but are accented with a variety of materials such as; synthetic stone, brick, steel canopies, standing seam metal roofing, and canvas awnings.  Decorative brick paver plazas surround each building and provide walkways to the other out parcels and to a central site plaza with brick sitting walls, a shade sail system, and an elaborate fountain.
