Parktowne Village- Charlotte, NC

Anchored by Total Wine & More, Parktowne Village is an 81,000 square foot two/three story building that houses a mix of retail, restaurant, and office tenants.  This project is located at the former Hannaford Grocery Store (coincidentally Build and demolished by M&C) Site on Woodlawn Road, across from Park Road Shopping Center and was completed in 2003.  Construction included a nine-acre site development package, cast-in-place retaining walls, and a three level conventional steel frame.  The building features cultured stone veneers, rusticated EIFS in stone patterns, cantilevered balconies and elevated walkways, concrete roof tiles, two decorative roof towers and a large fountain to accent the lower plaza.
